Tenant Credit Report- This is an Instant search.  Information obtained can include: Name(s) on Account, Date Opened, Status Date, High Credit, Amount Owing, Rating & History, Late Payments, Public Record Amounts. This is a detailed account of the credit, employment and residence history of an individual used by landlords to help determine their ability to pay rent. Credit reports also list any judgments, tax liens, bankruptcies or similar matters of public record entered against the individual. Credit reports are compiled and sold by the 3 credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

People Search- Provides basic search which returns Name, Age, DOB, SS#, Current Address and Phone, Neighbors, Relatives, Historical Addresses, Aliases and Date of Death. A people search can be used to quickly locate and individual or verify applicant information. This product searches over 100 databases and returns a bankruptcy indicator. A Trace Detail report may also be requested from this search to trace a match.

Trace Detail- This skip tracing report is a secondary search accessed from our ‘People Search’ and provides additional phone information and/or contact information for relatives and neighbors.

eFunds ChexSystem™- Access to largest database of bank account information and data on debit history of closed-for-cause accounts, NSF history and inquires. Provides financial institutions with a history of closed-for-cause accounts, NSF history and inquires.

Debit Reports from e-Funds-Provides a debit history of closed-for-cause accounts, NSF history and inquires. The Debit Report is offered as two products. The first product is for Collections and is a non-permissive product. The second product is for Credit Issuance and adheres to FCRA guidelines.
